Estuary Group Practice (EGP) is pleased to announce the formation of a Patient Participation Group (PPG)

 

The PPG consists of 12 volunteers who have been appointed from the local community along with the EGP Business Manager and a Senior GP.

 

The aim of the PPG is to work alongside the Estuary Group Practice to ensure that your voices are heard.  Concerns you may have about the service provided at the Practice (but not your medical concerns) can be reported to the PPG and they will try to ensure that things change and improvements are seen.

 

The PPG will meet regularly and minutes of each meeting will be posted in each Practice Health Centre and also on the Practice web site.
