We have a dedicated team of a doctors, health visitor and nurses to achieve the best control of your diabetes and reduce complications.  The diabetes clinic is held on Tuesday afternoons between 1.45pm to 4.30pm.

Mae gennym dîm ymroddedig o feddygon, ymwelydd iechyd a nyrsys i gael y rheolaeth orau ar eich diabetes a lleihau cymhlethdodau. Cynhelir y clinig diabetes ar brynhawn dydd Mawrth rhwng 1.45pm a 4.30pm.
