We are governed by the Data Protection Act for record keeping. All our staff are fully trained in the importance of patient confidentiality and will only have access to information when it is necessary.
We are only able to give out information to the patient concerned. If you want us to give information about you to a friend or relative, you must give us written permission.
For training and security purposes we record all phone calls to and from the surgery.
